How soon will I receive my content?
You’ll receive your full library of photos and video clips within 1 business day after your event. We’ll provide a private online folder where you can easily download and organize your content.
What is a “recap video”?
A recap video is included with each package (a $150 value). This video is 30-45 seconds long, featuring the best parts of your event, showcased in a trending format with music that reflects the theme of the event. Delivered within 1-2 business days after your event, and ready to post as a Reel on Facebook/Instagram or a video on TikTok.
Do you travel outside of Colorado Springs?
Yes. Travel within the Colorado Springs area is included in all packages. We also serve nearby cities for an additional travel fee based on distance.
Can I book you for recurring events or content days?
Absolutely. Many of our clients schedule recurring shoots to keep their content fresh throughout the year; or if you have a multi-day event, we can attend so you have fresh content each day!
Do you edit every photo and video?
No, and that’s intentional. You’ll receive a large selection of high-quality, unedited photos and short clips so you can choose what fits your message and need best from your library of images and video clips. Since you may be using the content for websites, email, videos, or social media, this allows you the freedom to crop and edit to the specifications you need.

How many photos and videos will I receive?
We work quickly to capture as many candid, authentic moments as possible. This is what people want to see on social – not a bunch of posed, stiff photos. A 2-hour event yields between 30-60 photos and clips, a 4-hour shoot can be as many as 400 photos and clips, and a full-day shoot can yield 750-1000 photos and clips! We will snap as many photos and videos as possible during our time with you.
